Currently, we take cash, debit or credit card, and checks as forms of payment.
We also accept multiple legal plans including Metlife and ARAG.
One of the benefits of working with one of our attorneys is that the attorney you hire is the attorney who will oversee and work on your case throughout the entire process. Although it is not unusual for one or more of our attorneys to work on a client's legal issue or case together, you can be assured you will have personal contact with your attorney and will not be "shoveled off" to someone else.
The length of time your case will take is highly dependent on the type of legal matter you have. For estate planning work (such as drafting a will or trust), our process is normally completed in about 6 weeks. Probate matters can take from as little as a few months to a year or longer, depending on how complex the estate is.
Our fee arrangements are based upon the type of legal matter presented to us. Depending on the issue, we work either on a contingency fee, an hourly fee, or flat fee. We also participate in a variety of pre-paid legal service plans.
