CHANDRA KORBAS
I'm a legal and administrative assistant here at DuPont & Blumenstiel for the litigation department. I help Brit, Nathan, and Braden with personal injury, probate, and vaccine injury intakes and cases.
I started working here in September of 2021. But before that, my lifelong career was education. I specialized in literacy, language development and reading instruction. The last 15 years of my career were in a kindergarten classroom. As it became time for me to retire from my career in education, I realized that my skillset and interests would align themselves well to a career in the law.
My favorite part about working at The Law Offices of DuPont and Blumenstiel is working in a team environment. We are very intentional about supporting each other and helping each other to be the best at what our individual roles are. I greatly appreciate the help I’ve received from my coworkers as I’ve come into this legal assistant role and enjoy my part in our cohesive unit.
We strive to treat our clients, and each other, with respect and dignity.
I am motivated to come to work by a desire to learn and a desire to help improve the lives of other people. I am also intrinsically motivated by the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I find joy when, at the end of the day, my participation in a legal case, or in someone’s life in general, made a difference and helped them to move forward in a positive manner.
When I'm not here at the firm, I love spending time with my daughters and grandchildren.
